Nurture Nourish Flourish has been designed to bring healing to the gut in a holistic way. I truly believe that the gut is impacted by all areas of life, including diet, physical activity, mental health and stress levels - which is why this course offers a 6 week guided approach to looking into all of these areas. All while healing and nurturing your unique gut microbiome.
Your gut is the engine room to your whole body! The health of your gut is crucial because it impacts digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function, and even mental health. A healthy gut is vital for overall well-being!
Fortunately, the gut is a magical place and it thrives on variety. If you are forced to restrict certain types of foods because of allergies or intolerances, there are plenty of other foods that can be included in your diet - and I’ll help you every step of the way!
Signs of an unhealthy gut can include frequent digestive issues like bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhoea, as well as food intolerances and unintentional weight changes. Poor sleep, chronic fatigue, skin problems like acne or eczema, and mood disorders such as anxiety or depression can also indicate gut imbalance. On top of this, autoimmune conditions, persistent sugar cravings, bad breath, chronic inflammation, and nutritional deficiencies might be linked to poor gut health.
You will learn about the importance of gut health, how to incorporate a diverse range of plants into your diet, and practical tips for meal planning and preparation.
